Four Fantasy Reading Spots

We have been working and exercising non stop so far this summer and though we have still made plenty of time to read, we can’t help but wish for more time to do so. While we were thinking about how nice it would be to be able to read all day everyday for the rest of our lives (wouldn’t that be awesome?!) we started thinking about where we would like to be able to read other than our usual spot on the couch. And not just any old spot like the garden or the beach, we started thinking about places we have read about that we wish we could read in. Fantasy reading spots if you will. So, without further ado, here are our top four fantasy reading spots we wish we could curl up in with some of our favorite books…

1. The Gryffindor common room

I mean come on, who wouldn’t want to read in that cozy room?! Even if you aren’t a Gryffindor I feel like you must agree with us on this haha! However, I can imagine that all the other common rooms would be just as cozy in their own right. Especially, when you think about the beautiful illustrations they have of them on pottermore.

2. The Institute Library

We love the Shadowhunter books by Cassandra Clare and we have always been particularly intrigued by the institutes. They sound like such cool places! And we can’t help but want to be able to curl up with a book in an institute library. Wouldn’t that be so great?! We think it would.

3. Anywhere at all in Narnia

I mean really? Narnia? We don’t think that needs any explanation. Who wouldn’t want to read in a majestic forest in Narnia? Seriously? Narnia was one of my most favorite series growing up. The whole thing feels so magical and cozy. A perfect place to read in.

4. Bella and Edward’s cottage

We gotta say as much as the world loves to hate Twilight it is also just so easy to love. Especially when they create cute little cottages like the one given to Edward and Bella. Take about a dream home! And a dream place to read!

Are there any fictional places that you guys would love to exist? Cozy, fantasy spots that you could read about more cozy, fantasy spots in? Let us know in the comments?
